    Earlier this year my plans and actions to grow, develop and progress didn’t deliver the results I expected or wanted. I followed the same steps as I had done all my life: build strong relationships, work hard to make a difference, and deliver results.     Over 6 years ago I found my voice at 35 years of age; and started singing. I was being mentored/coached by an inspirational Senior Executive, in the hope of finding a new career path for me.
